Terms of Service
These terms define the baseline rules for using QFlow Studio. They are designed for teams working with sensitive research, provider access, generated code, and reviewable evidence.
Effective date
May 26, 2026
Enterprise order forms, DPAs, or security addenda may add or override terms for a specific workspace.
The service is for lawful research, education, evaluation, workflow operations, and evidence review.
You are responsible for workflows, code, prompts, uploads, provider choices, and outputs submitted through your workspace.
Quantum hardware, cloud services, SDKs, payment processors, and integrations may have separate terms, quotas, prices, and availability.
Simulations, hardware runs, AI suggestions, and generated code are technical artifacts, not independent scientific or legal validation.
Agreement
QFlow is a professional workflow platform. The terms focus on account responsibility, customer content, provider dependencies, experimental outputs, and enterprise review paths.
These terms apply when you access QFlow Studio, create an account, request a demo, join a workspace, use QFlow Academy, submit a career application, or review shared evidence. If your organization signs an order form, data processing addendum, security addendum, or other written agreement, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this page.
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, keep workspace permissions current, and notify us about suspected compromise. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, and deciding who may access workflow records or evidence packets.
You retain responsibility for content you submit, including circuits, imports, generated code, prompts, comments, files, provider configuration, run outputs, and review notes. You grant QFlow the rights needed to host, process, secure, display, export, and support that content for the service.
QFlow may help route or organize work involving third-party providers such as cloud platforms, quantum hardware vendors, SDKs, payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, and observability tools. Those providers may change access, pricing, quotas, regions, or availability outside QFlow control.
AI assistance, code generation, route suggestions, topology visualizations, provider recommendations, learning content, and experimental features may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review, test, and validate important outputs before relying on them.
Paid features, usage limits, credits, checkout, invoices, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and procurement requirements may be governed by plan terms, a billing portal, or written order form. Enterprise agreements may add support, retention, security, or data-processing commitments.
Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, provider-policy violations, sanctions or export-control concerns, or legal requirements. We may preserve records when needed for security, legal, billing, or dispute purposes.
The service is provided for professional workflow support and may be unavailable or incorrect at times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QFlow disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
We may update these terms as the service, law, or business model changes. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms unless a written agreement says otherwise.
